- If your required size is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note valid for 6 months.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and with all tags intact.
- We do not offer reverse pickups. Customers are required to courier the item to us.
- In case of a defective or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
