Return & Exchange Policy

We make each Sai’li piece with care and quality, and we want you to love what you receive.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds once an order is placed.
• Exchanges are accepted for size issues only, and must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
• If your required size is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note valid for 6 months.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and with all tags intact.
• We do not offer reverse pickups. Customers are required to courier the item to us.
• In case of a defective or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

Kindly read all product details before ordering. Slight color variation may occur due to photography and screen settings, which will not be considered a valid reason for exchange.
