Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds once an order is placed.
  • Exchanges are accepted for size issues only, and must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If your required size is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note valid for 6 months.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and with all tags intact.
  • We do not offer reverse pickups. Customers are required to courier the item to us.
  • A ₹90 delivery charge will be applicable for sending the exchanged item back to you.
  • In case of a defective or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
