Shipping policy

We aim to deliver products purchased from Sai’li in a well-maintained condition and as early as possible.

For all the purchases, if done prepaid, there are no additional charges related to shipping.

For all the purchases, if done Cash On Delivery, ₹120 is to be paid as shipping charges, pay at the time of receiving the product parcel.

Shipping Days:

  • 6 to 8 working days in prepaid order.

  • 9 to 12 working days in COD order.

We work on a made-to-order basis, it generally takes 3 to 5 working days to dispatch.

If the order is canceled, lost, or un-delivered to your preferred location due to any technical or unforeseen issue, we will reattempt the shipping from our side.

We use a third-party courier service

In unexpected and unfortunate cases wherein courier services refuse to accept a customer’s claim of wrong or tampered delivery or non-delivery of parcels,
Sai’li shall not be held liable for any loss until the below-mentioned guidelines are followed by customers:

  • If a parcel is received in tampered condition, the customer shall refuse to accept a parcel from the courier person.

  • Even if the parcel is intact, the Customer must record a video of the act of opening the received parcel as proof of any unforeseen and unfortunate case of receiving wrong or missing products inside parcels.

  • In case a customer denies receiving the parcel while the courier company shows the parcel is being delivered, the customer needs to raise the issue within 48 hours of the delivery message. Sai’li will share Proof of Delivery (POD) with the customer after receiving it from the courier company.

  • Even after sharing a POD, if a customer refuses to accept the authenticity of the shared POD, Sai’li can only assist the customer in raising a concern with the concerned courier company.

During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political crises, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies.
