Refund/Return and Exchange policy

We precisely focus on making your shopping experience hassle-free.

We humbly do not provide any refund/return on any product once sold but they can get exchanged for size issues, say a size bigger or smaller. Customers will get a credit note, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock, with that they can purchase anytime within 6 months.

  • Size exchange can be done within 3 working days after receiving the order.

  • We do not provide reverse pickup, the customers have to courier it to us on their charges, however, the cost of resending the exchanged product will be borne by us.

  • Exchanges can be requested within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

  • The product should be unworn and intact and customers must mention their name, address, number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the size needed.

  • We suggest returning items via traceable mail.

If you have received a wrong or defective product, kindly inform us within 24 hours from the date of delivery, we will replace the product with the fastest possible courier facility ASAP.


Cases for non-acceptance of Exchange:

  • The exchange will not be accepted for a colour difference, as a 10% colour difference might vary from screen to screen due to resolution and lights.

  • The exchange will not be accepted if the customer does not like the colour or material of the product. As we assure quality and keep it maintained for each and every dress. We suggest you read the product description associated with the dress for more details about the product.
